It didn’t take much convincing for Wyclef Jean to sign on for the inaugural Ozy Fusion Fest this Saturday.
All the rapper needed to hear was that center stage is at the heart of the place he considers the center of everything.
“I came from Haiti (to Brooklyn) when I was 10 and I’ve been roaming through Manhattan since I was 14 years old, so for me, playing Ozy Fusion Fest is just like a vibe of coming back to the city and bringing music back the city,” Jean told the Daily News.
